Terms of Service

By placing an order on Appiky, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Appiky.

Appiky is a one-time app conversion service. For a single payment of ₦14,999, we convert your website into:

• Android APK file (Android WebView application)
• Android App Bundle (AAB) for Google Play Store
• iOS Progressive Web App (PWA) files
• App icon in all standard sizes
• Setup and publishing guide PDFs

All files are delivered to your email address within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation. This is a one-time service, not a subscription.

To use Appiky, your website must:

• Be publicly accessible (not password-protected or behind a login)
• Use HTTPS (SSL certificate)
• Not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content (see §7)
• Not block embedding via X-Frame-Options headers for WebView functionality

• All payments are processed securely by Paystack
• ₦14,999 NGN is the full service fee, paid at order time
• Payment is non-refundable except where we fail to deliver (see §5)
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

We offer a full refund in the following cases:

• Your build fails after 3 automated retry attempts
• We are unable to deliver your files within 48 hours of payment

Refunds are not provided if:

• Your website does not meet the requirements in §3
• You entered an incorrect email address and did not contact us
• You changed your mind after delivery
• The generated app does not support features that are inherent WebView limitations (e.g., some camera APIs, push notifications)

To request a refund, email support@appiky.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

• App files are sent to your email address once, upon successful build
• 7 days storage on our servers for re-delivery if needed
• After 7 days, all files are permanently deleted; we cannot re-build without a new order
• You are responsible for saving and backing up your delivered files

You may not use Appiky to build apps for websites that contain or facilitate:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Malware, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Explicit adult content (without appropriate age-gating)
• Gambling (where not legally permitted)
• Impersonation of other brands or persons

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms, with or without refund depending on the severity.

• You retain full ownership of all content on your website
• You retain ownership of the generated APK, AAB, and PWA files
• You represent that you own or have rights to the website URL and any uploaded assets
• Appiky retains no rights to your app or content after delivery

Appiky's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (₦14,999). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data. The generated apps are provided "as-is"; we do not guarantee Google Play Store approval, App Store acceptance, or specific device compatibility beyond standard Android 5.0+ and modern iOS browsers.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate Nigerian courts.
