Privacy & Refund Policy

Appiky is a one-time app conversion service that transforms your website into Android APK, Android App Bundle (AAB), and iOS Progressive Web App (PWA) files. We operate at appiky.com. For any privacy or refund matter, contact us at support@appiky.com.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Full name: to address you in delivery emails
• Email address: to deliver your app files and order confirmation
• Website URL: the website to be converted into an app
• App name and primary colour: to brand your app
• App icon and splash screen images: to use as your app's graphics
• Payment information: processed exclusively by Paystack. We never see your card details

• To process your order and build your mobile app
• To send you the completed APK, AAB, and PWA files by email
• To verify payment via Paystack webhooks
• To provide customer support if you contact us
• To send transactional emails related to your order (no marketing emails)

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

• App build files (APK, AAB, ZIP): deleted after 7 days
• Uploaded images (icon, splash screen): deleted after 7 days
• Order records (name, email, URL): retained for 90 days for support purposes, then permanently deleted
• Payment records: retained as required by Nigerian financial regulations

We want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a full refund in the following situations:

• Your build fails after 3 automated retry attempts
• We are unable to deliver your app files within 48 hours of confirmed payment
• You were charged but your order was not created due to a system error on our end

Refunds are not provided if:

• Your website does not meet our requirements (must be live, HTTPS, and publicly accessible)
• You entered an incorrect email address and did not contact us before files were deleted
• You changed your mind after your app was successfully delivered
• The app does not support features that are inherent WebView limitations (e.g., certain camera APIs, background push notifications)

To request a refund, email support@appiky.com with your order number. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.

We share limited data with these providers to operate our service:

• Paystack: payment processing. Your card and bank details are handled directly by Paystack under their own privacy policy.
• Resend: transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared only to send your order confirmation and app files.

We use HTTPS for all connections, HMAC-SHA512 signature verification for payment webhooks, and restrict file access by order ID. Uploaded files are stored in isolated directories and are only accessible internally during the build process.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@appiky.com with your order number. We will respond within 7 business days.

We use minimal, essential cookies only (session state). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
